Van Mildert College, Durham University
Van Mildert College, a hill college of Durham University, was established in 1965, and currently has approximately 1100 students as members.
Just across the road from Treveylan College and reasonably close to both St Mary's and St Aidan's, Van Mildert is renowned amongst Durham University students for its lake (pictured).
Van Mildert College's motto is sic vos non vobis - 'not for yourselves'.
