Fat Buddha's location, decor and ambience should make it a cool pub, but as many of my friends and fellow bloggers obviously feel it is let down by the dire service. From my experience you can waste ages queing to get served on weekends, which has resulted in me and my circle of friends now avoiding drinking their. The main problem seems to be time spent making cocktails; so why not devote half the bar to bottles and draft and the other to cocktails. surely this would result in a quicker turnaround for service?
